Guidlines to Authors

The author / presenter shall prepare 15 minutes presentation about the research paper contribution. There will be 3-5 minutes query time.

The authors shall prepare 4-6, A3 size charts about the research paper contribution which will be displayed at predefined location as per track. The authors shall be required to remain present near the display for stipulated duration of time to explain to other participants / experts. Participants shall also bring copies of papers / other relevant material to explain the queries.

• Authors please note that there is no difference in level of papers whether it is selected for oral presentation or poster presentation.
• Authors should submit .doc or .docx file of paper to icetce2019@skit.ac.in.
• Submit final Camera Ready paper before the deadline. Please note that all the fonts, figures, tables used in the paper must be as per requirements of IEEE. The paper should be submitted in MS word (.doc or .docx) format along with other necessary documents (Copyright & Registration Form) to icetce2019@skit.ac.in.
• The copy right form with due signature of all authors has to be submitted along with the registration form. You can send its scanned copy by mail, however it would be necessary to submit hard copy of the same during registration at the venue.
• The payment of registration fees has to be made through Demand Draft / Online Transfer / Wire Transfer to the specified account on website.
• You can process your VISA / Travelling arrangements to Jaipur, Rajsthan, India. Please let us know if you need our assistance towards the same. The participant from

  willing to attend the conference should submit following information to corresponding e-mail ids before 90 days of start of the conference. The information needed to be submitted to Government of India for VISA processing are:

• The accommodation details are provided on the website, which could be used for direct booking of your accommodation, specifying your participation in the conference to avail concessional rates.
• The registration fees include conference kit, Tea, Lunch and Conference Dinner only. All other expenses will have to be borne by the participant.
• Maximum no of pages allowed are 6, however if the number of pages exceeds, author will have to pay 50/-INR/2$ per page while paying registration fees.
• All Documents & other information’s should be sent in single email as per the deadlines.
